I am sorryl, I really don't understand the previous answer in light of the scripture you mentioned, Acts Chapter 24, which involved Paul being brought before King Felix, to be accused by Tertellus. Tertellus was very eloquent in his argument, however untrue his statement's were.

I give with all thankfulness that Paul was who he was, and endured all he had to for Christ.

I have often wondered at the question: If you were arrested for being a Christian, would there be enough evidence to get a conviction?

What kind of parent would demand that of their children. "GIVE! AND...be thankful that you can give?"

The whole thiing is creepy. THINK about it. Is that the kind of god you would be? Is that the kind of parent youwould be?
