I dont believe the "man" written, edited and translated bible. i also dont think god spoke to whomever and told them to write about it. If he did why then... and not now? especially in this time of turmoil that the world has come to? They also say that "jesus" is coming back? I mean whats taking him so long to do so? anyway...will i be wrong for believing in "GOD" and not the bible? think about it ...is the bible actuality and factual? after all these years and all the translations and meanings and metaphoric suggestions? i mean what are the odds? dont you think if god is whom you create him to be he would appear to all in the sky like a planatarium and confess his anger and his words? i mean think about it. Also, why is it that God and Satan are at war with one another? do they both consume the same power? so GOD cant over power satan? is that what you guys are saying? help me out here to understand and pls hold the bible quotes because your not explaining anything with that.

No bible quotes, if you want to know how the men that wrote the Bible were inspired do a web search on Fulfilled Bible Prophecy, that don't happen by chance with 100 percent accuracy also Satan and God are not at war with each other, God is the higher power and always has been read the book of Job, Satan had to confront God in what he could do to Job.
God has all the power, if you read your Bible you will see that at one time Satan was Gods most cherished angle or cherub until he wanted to be like God, then he was cast out of heaven, the scripture says he is roaming too and fro seeking whom he may destroy(the devil}....how can you believe in God and not the Bible, with out the Bible how would you know about God?

The problem with the Bible is there are too many versions ,therefore you are never 100% certain that you have the correct one. There should only be one correct version world wide.Anyway the Bible has been made redundant by the Apparitions of Jesus and Mary over the last 1000 years telling us how we should live our lives. But no one believes because it is not "mentioned" in their Bible ! Do you see the irony ?

Jesus is the only way to heaven. You said not to quote the Bible, so I won't. I'll just say that its all in Gods plan, and He doesn't judge time the way we do.

Also, if you'd look into to it, you'd find there is more evidence for the accuracy and authenticity of the Bible than there is almost any other historical document known to man. People just keep hearing that its been changed over and over and they believe it without ever looking into it.

When the Dead Sea Scrolls were found they authenticated the Scriptures that had come after, showing no differences that would affect the meaning of the text at all.

Please do your homework before discounting the Greatest Book in the world.

Lots of people doubt the Bible, but its cos they dont want to be accountable, to have to live right. The reason Jesus hasn't come back yet is because He wants everyone to be saved and there are so many who dont even believe. He is at "war" with Satan to win our souls. That was His plan all along. And yes, He has the power to just end it now, cast Satan into hell and be done with it. But, so many are still lost.........He loves each and every one of us, and wants to give the lost ones a chance to become saved. However, the Bible also says that God will not tarry with man forever.....at some point He will say its enough, bring my children home. Ah then, the crying and gnashing of teeth by those who laughingly call us christians fools....................sad...........and by the way, thats why we try so hard in here to help someone to realize the truth......cos we want everyone to make it to Heaven too.................

No, no Bible quotes but I would like to make a suggestion. If I were you, instead of looking at the Bible word for word, I would look at it thought for thought. For example, take the story of Adam and Eve. They were two people who had it made as long as they obeyed God's rule. They got deceived, they disobeyed the rule, and these are the consequences they suffered. If you look at the Bible thought for thought instead of word for word you don't get caught up in the small stuff and you'll be able to get the bigger picture without having to worry about the details which often confuse a lot of folks, myself included. I believe the answers to your questions can be found in the Bible but people like you and me need something that is more like plain English and even though there are some Bibles which try to do that, there's still a lot which can go over my head. But if I look at it thought for thought instead of word for word, I am able to get the message without feeling like I'm back in school learning a lesson I really don't want to learn. For those of us who are Christians the Bible and God kind of go hand in hand but I understand your difficulty and questions. If you look for the lessons, the bottom line so to speak, it's a lot easier to understand and for people like us, it makes thing more palatable.

When GOD needs to speak to us, HE sends us prophets. Do we need a prophet in these times? We certainly do! The Bible is complete. There is no need to add anything to it. We need someone that can direct our lives back on track toward HIM.

Keep in mind that a Cristian's source of truth IS the Bible. To not quote from it means we are giving our personal opinion.

The Bible writers were inspired and guided by the HOLY SPIRIT.

More can be said.

GOD bless

The turmoil you speak of is in the bible ...it is you know 'phrophetic' in nature...Jesus will come back He has never broken a promise...what seems long to us is not long to Him...
He waits ....with good reason....And God has no opposite He is in a class by Himself...satan is a created being and nothing more...they are not matched in strength...and upon doing research you will find many archeological finds and artifacts in history that co-enside with the bible...And He doesn't need to appear in the sky , He came to earth and we still didn't believe Him......Good question....Keep digging and be informed.....

Do you want to talk about religion or the creator,
You seem to allow other to make them one issue.
The creator is the energy that set all order in the universe and
Formulated the cycle of life and religions have many leaders, messiah, creator and god which they said it's all one.
Please keep in mind leaders and governments love religion
It help them continue the abuse and the sheep just keep praying. Don't get me wrong I am all for it because it keep a set order of things. Unfortunately with all this legalized extortion rules approved by those in commend i don't think the sheep will continue to follow religion rules for much longer.

It is interesting you say you believe in a Creator but do not believe the bible. So what God do you believe in and how do you know how to serve Him and worship Him. I know my God is the God who also created everything seen and unseen and I can know Him by reading the bible and also learning about Him and going to church where I meet like minded people who have fellowship together.
