For this one has to depend on Koran. Prophet had an expertise on that and Jesus had predicted that he will send another to tell you the details. Koran is more prolific in matters like whom to marry and whom not to. How many wives one can have since human capacity in sex is limited. Etc. etc.

there's some pretty racy stuff in Songs of Solomon.

1:13 A bundle of myrrh is my well-beloved unto me; he shall lie all night betwixt my breasts.

4:5 Thy two breasts are like two young roes that are twins, which feed among the lilies.

4:16 Awake, O north wind; and come, thou south; blow upon my garden, that the spices thereof may flow out. Let my beloved come into his garden, and eat his pleasant fruits.

definitely stay away from Leviticus. can't think of a bigger turn off then the weird and creepy stuff in that book.

There isn't a bible verse for that. What you use is the Rite of Matrimony which you say in front of the priest, minister, rabbi, or imam of your church, synagogue, or mosque.

At the moment I can think of one that is very strong.

Try Romans 1: 24-32. Being sexual active is against God's law, sexual immorality will take you straight to Hell.

Deuteronomy 22:28-29

28 If a man find a damsel that is a virgin, which is not betrothed, and lay hold on her, and lie with her, and they be found;

29 Then the man that lay with her shall give unto the damsel's father fifty shekels of silver, and she shall be his wife; because he hath humbled her, he may not put her away all his days.

Rape is okay according to the bible.

If you're talking out of wedlock, then it's a sin. Sex is supposed to be between 2 married people. (man and woman)
