i buy some egg nog and i cook for breakfast for xmas
and a taste like salty if i give a salt to egg
if for xmas there i give a special=taste is hot,yummy,tasty,and so good
try this!=
Degree of difficulty: Medium

Preparation time: 30 - 35 minutes

You need:
1 Emu Egg (normally out of season at Xmas time but alternatively use about 10 chicken eggs)
300 mls thickened cream whipped up with a teaspoon of vanilla
1/2 cup of butterscotch snapps

Method
1. Separate the yolk from the white. Emu egg yolk is quite thick and lemony.

2. Put the yolks into a stainless steel (or other heat proof) bowl over a saucepan of boiling water on heat to break it down and thicken it up so whip it up with a egg beater until it's nice and lemony.

3. Take it off the heat and mix in the thickened cream. Slowly blend it through to make a nice light lemony colour.

4. Whip up the egg whites with an electric beater and fold into the egg yolk mixture.

5. Fold in butterscotch snapps

Texture should be nice and light but syrupy and stick to the spoon by coating it lightly.

you may need to make a recipe this time before xmas day
tell your mom or dad to make a EGG NOG!!!
