Wouldn't an argument consitute a one way my way stance? Is that wrong?

It can be one way, as in attempting to cause others to follow your rendition of faith. But it does not have to.

I have faith, but no one else has to. If I get asked a question in a certain way about my faith, I will answer for myself.

Those who claim to be what I am - that is: a Christian, have comparative scriptures which are supposed to govern what we have faith in - which is a whole subject of it's own. But no one outside that faith has to know what that is unless they ask.

So I would make the point of whether or not it makes a difference about faith or lack thereof on the individual and the relationship of the question posed.

Um, an argument is taking a position on some subject and providing reasons to support that position. Reasons include facts, theories, personal beliefs, observations, and past experience.
