Probably not
Any side effect is possible in a given person, but severe headache is very uncommon with minocycline, although mild headache and vomiting are not unusual (if nausea is due to the drug, taking it with meals helps). If these were side effects in you, they ought to have appeared sooner, perhaps in the first week of treatment, if not the first dose.
The tiredness and dizziness is more likely a minocycline side effect than severe headache, but it is still uncommon. If you have respiratory symptoms, a head infection or allergy (such as infectious or allergic sinusitis) is a more likely culprit to account for the headache, dizziness and fatigue, especially if you are sniffling or experiencing a nighttime and early morning sore or scratchy throat or dry cough.
From http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Minocycline#Side_effects
"This medication may cause upset stomach, diarrhea, dizziness, unsteadiness, drowsiness, headache or vomiting"
Your symptoms do NOT sount worrisome, even if they are from the drug, and I doubt that they are.

Minocycline is a tetracycline antibiotic. It fights bacteria in the body.
Minocycline is used to treat many different bacterial infections, such as urinary tract infections, acne, gonorrhea, and chlamydia, and others.
Minocycline may also be used for purposes other than those listed in this medication guide.
If you experience any of the following serious side effects, stop taking minocycline and seek emergency medical attention or contact your doctor immediately:
* an allergic reaction (difficulty breathing; closing of the throat; swelling of the lips, tongue, or face; or hives);
* severe headache, vision changes, or confusion;
* liver damage (yellowing of the skin or eyes, nausea, abdominal pain or discomfort, unusual bleeding or bruising, severe fatigue); or
* blood problems (fever, fatigue, easy bruising or bleeding).
If you experience any of the following less serious side effects, continue to take minocycline and talk to your doctor:
* nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea;
* increased sensitivity of the skin to sunlight;
* dizziness;
* swollen tongue; or
* vaginal yeast infection.-
