I would try the food network. They just did a show on where it comes from and how it's made. Otherwise, just google it. I'm sure there will be plenty of hits.

best recipe is just to pour it on freshly cooked pancakes or waffles! Try corn waffles: replace 1/2 the flour called for with corn meal and cook as directed! Fabulous with real maple syrup!
