I saw a receipe for biodiesel that was basically greese or vegitable oil mixed with lye. Is it this simply to make biodiesel? Can some one give me the receipe?

I don't see why you bothered typing in that much when searching for "biodiesel recipe" pops up a pile of links, like the one below.

EDIT:  Veggie oil needs to be heated to flow well enough to inject and burn properly.  Burning "greasel" requires modifications to the fuel system to heat it, plus a tank of regular diesel for starting/warmup plus flushing the injectors before shutting down.

U don't need the lye ,the cooking oil is all u need ,but filter it so it will not stop up the diesel injectors. U can actually burn lube oil.
