I don't own a townhouse. Laugh out loud. But if I did and I did not own the country it was in I suspect I would have taxes to pay. Maybe I could get my neighbor to pay them though. Ask your neighbor yeah that's the ticket. PAY THEM.

l think you do have to pay property taxes but don`t quote me on that call the city where you live and they should be able to tell you for sure

Yes of course .... you pay them along with your mortgage and ins or you pay each separately it all depends on how you set it up in closing
