My vote is for Dr. Ron Paul, however I'm unsure if he'll actually make it onto the ballot since he's not either party's favorite candidate. As for fuel prices, Americans are still paying less than those who live in the UK, so it could be much worse. My salary has increased significantly since we elected President Bush, but I understand that not everyone has taken the necessary steps to put themselves into positions where this can happen. Nuke which country when 9/11 happened? Nuclear power is a last resort action...and killing millions of people isn't an appropriate response when only a few thousand of our own are killed. No, I don't condone what happened on 9/11, I absolutely HATE that it happened, but a nuclear reaction is overreaction. I don't agree with President Bush's every breath, but I'm fully aware that our actions in Iraq and Afghanistan have provided children there schoolhouses that they never had. Our actions have also driven out terrorists from areas where now people have returned to their homes to live in relative peace. Something needed to be done, and if we waited on the UN to do it, the terrorists in Iraq and Afghanistan would be gaining ground and what happened on 9/11 to us, would look like an ant compared to an elephant had we not taken action when we did.
