If you accept God and Jesus at any point in your life you will be welcomed into heaven. But it is your choice. You don't need to be religious. You don't have to worry about reading the Bible or going to church or anything like that. Religion pushes that on people because religion is run by people and the people want to control you. Don't let them. You can have a one on one personal relationship with God. And don't worry about the rest.

There are lots of people that would tell you that you're going to Hell for not believing. Why on Earth would they tell you such a horrible thing? It's obviously eating you up. It's very easy for me to say this: stop worrying about it. I don't believe in God. That's just me. If you don't believe in God, there's nothing to make you worry about going to Hell, because you wouldn't believe in Hell either.
If you do have that nagging feeling that you might be wrong about God, and we have all had that feeling, take a minute to look at the world around you and ask yourself if you think the God that you believe created all of that wonder, would make you suffer in eternal pain because you swore or didn't worship Him. Any God like that isn't worth worshipping and don't let anyone scare you into believing otherwise.
Live this life well and stop worrying about an afterlife. It may never come.

No it doesn't mean that your going to Hell... You're just confused on your beliefs and that's fine. I gather your not that old, and your probably whatever religion that your parents are! Why don't you try researching other religions and see what clicks with you? Don't get caught up in what others tell you to believe, you really need to see what makes you feel secure inside. There are sooo many to choose from. Good Luck.

It depends. But no one goes to hell eternally. First you gotta know this.
We are not this material body, IE; Race, color, nationality, Religion, mind, intellect, senses, job, etc. We are all eternal spirit souls, part and parcel of the Supreme Soul, also known as Krishna, Allah, Jehovah, Vishnu, etc. We never die, only this mortal body dies. This material world is not our real home, it is called Maya (illusion) and is temporary and full of misery, only one fourth of the souls come here, and the rest are enjoying blissful eternal loving relationships with our Maker named above. We fell here due to envying Gods position. He made the material world for those who want to try to live separately from Him (Which is impossible because He is actually everywhere). After many lifetimes of trying to be happy in this temporary world one becomes frustrated and board and begins to question their existence. We then seek out real happiness, and when one becomes sincere God reveals how to come back Home. Those who are intelligent, take up the process of self realization (Bhakti Yoga) which begins with the chanting of the Maha Mantra (the great mantra for deliverance from all suffering and illusion), which gives one real peace, happiness and reality. Then at the end of life they can give up all material attachments and fully surrender to God and return to the eternal Kingdom, where there is no more birth, death, old age, or disease and be eternally happy. For info go to harekrishnatempe.com Read Bhagavad Gita as it is BY Bhaktivedanta Prabhupada. The reason why people don't believe because much of what people are preaching about is not correct about God. Even the bible had been changed by King Constantine in 234 AD For the original New Testament befor Constantein changed it google gospelofthenazirenes. Knowing and following the original teachings of Jesus will set one free. I am so glad I know the Truth now.

Let not even talk about hell yet. You know that their is a God in the back of your head because the heavens and the way you are made "that this just didn't happen".I don't want you to be religious neither and you already said you believe in God. So what you need is a way to have a relationship with him and fellowship with him. I know you heard the story about Adam and Eve and how they sinned in the Garden of Eden right? Well God told them in the day that they sinned that they would die. Since Adam and Eve kept living physically their spirit man died and the fellowship was broken between man and God. So everyone that comes out of Adam is born with this sinful nature. Since sin is past from generation to generation God sent Jesus to die for sinners .It's like your guilty but someone else pays the price for you. All you have to do is accept Jesus as you savior and lord.Their three type of deaf which are natural, spiritual and eternal. Natural the separating of the spirit from the body, spiritual the separation of the spirit from God and eternal the forever separation from God. If you don't accept Jesus to pay the price for your sin hell is the place that eternal deaf is settled. This is called the secound deaf. If you want to accept Jesus as you lord pray this prayer
Heavenly Father, I know that I have sinned against you and that my sins separate me from you. I am truly sorry. I now want to turn away from my past sinful life and turn to you for forgiveness. Please forgive me, and help me avoid sinning again. I believe that your son, Jesus Christ, died for my sins, was resurrected from the dead, is alive, and hears my prayer. I invite Jesus to become the Lord of my life, to rule and reign in my heart from this day forward. Please send your Holy Spirit to help me obey You, and to do Your will for the rest of my life. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen.[1]

You have to believe that Jesus is your personal Lord and Savior, that he came and died for your sins on the cross. "He was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon him, and by his wounds we are healed." Isaiah 53:5
If you believe that he died for you then you are forever saved. None of us christians will EVER be perfect. We should, however, strive to live a life holy and pleasing to HIM. We all slip up but God is a merciful God and will always forgive you when you ask. Pray about your faith and salvation. "Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved." Acts 4:12

Believing in GOD is NOT enough. The Devil believes in GOD, however, he will not be saved.
There has to be a change in lifestyle. When you read something, you must make a simple decision. I may have oversimplified this because there is more to it than what I described.
May I suggest praying everyday to the LORD.
More can be said.
GOD bless

If you are a born again Christian then you are saved. If you asked Jesus into your heart to guide your life and asked Him to forgive your sins then you are born again. Note satan will continue to keep you from God if only in this life time. Read your Bible every day and Pray every day and go to Church and it will make satan less effective against you.

Jesus will accept you as you are. You don't read the Bible to saved, you read the Bible to hear from God.
To be saved you just agree with God that you are a sinner, accept Christ's death on the cross as payment for you sin and ask Him to be Your savior.
The other stuff is good to do, but it is NOT what saves you. It will help you grow in your faith and be an effective witness, but its NOT what saves you.
Trust Jesus, he loves you and He isn't sitting there with a hammer waiting to hit you on the head if you make a wrong move.
