Saint George (my family patron)
In Christian hagiography Saint George (ca. 275-281–April 23, 303) was a soldier of the Roman Empire, from the then Greek-speaking Anatolia, now modern day Turkey, who was venerated as a Christian martyr. Saint George is one of the most venerated saints in the Eastern Orthodox Church and Oriental Orthodox Churches. Immortalised in the tale of George and the Dragon, he is one of the Fourteen Holy Helpers and is the patron saint of Aragón, Canada, Catalonia, Deptford; England, Ethiopia, Georgia, Greece, Montenegro, Portugal, Serbia, Russia, and Palestine, as well as the cities of Genoa, Beirut, Ljubljana, Freiburg, Amersfoort, Ferrara and Moscow, as well as a wide range of professions, organisations and disease sufferers.
In the fully-developed Western version, a dragon makes its nest at the spring that provides water for the city of "Silene" (perhaps modern Cyrene) in Libya or the city of Lydda, depending on the source. Consequently, the citizens have to dislodge the dragon from its nest for a time, in order to collect water. To do so, each day they offer the dragon a human sacrifice. The victim is chosen by drawing lots. One day, this happened to be the princess. The monarch begs for her life with no result. She is offered to the dragon, but there appears the saint on his travels. He faces the dragon, slays it and rescues the princess. The grateful citizens abandon their ancestral paganism and convert to Christianity.

St. Francis of Asis.
At first, I got into him because of his interaction with nature, but as I learned more about transcendentalism and socialism I realized that he totally lived like that.
I really like the way he lived, and he was rather mean at times (If you read The Little Flowers of St. Francis, you'll know what I mean), which makes me laugh because it's rather attypical of a saint.
(And he didn't get martyred.)

I liked Saint Francis. He was a gentle guy who was so blissed out that he would levitate as he talked to the birds, something like that. Here's a bunch of articles about Saints and famous spiritual teachers if you want to check it out, these are excerpts from the University of Metaphysical Sciences course on the subject.

Well, she's not on the current calendar, but St. Katherine of Alexandria because I took her to be my patron saint when I read that Katherine of Siena was the patron saint of Italian girls named Katherine and I am not Italian.
Supposedly, she was a devout Christian in Alexandria when the king wanted her to switch to his religion. She refused and was tortured in various ways but would not die until she was beheaded. Kinda freaked the guy out as it would most of us.

St. Agatha, she is the patron saint of bellmakers and of rape victims. A man wanted her but she had decided to live a celibate life. However, the man insisted and tortured her even cutting her breast off. She pray to Jesus for guidance and support. She died due to the torture attacks. Always kept her faith and was strong in her beliefs. Also, her feast day is February 5th which is my birthday.

Me.
I am a saint, biblically speaking, because I am separated from the way the world thinks, with Christ in mind.
My gift is humor and insight, I have never met a stranger, and try to bless everyone, even when I don't feel like it.
Still not perfect, but claiming those little victories for life and loves progress...
Peace be with you.
