It was applied to your estimated taxes. When you file next year, you will get back any taxes over paid. It depends upon how much you made, your filing status, your dependents, etc.

at the end of the year when you file your taxes, you may or may not get some of it back. depends on how much you earned total that year.

the only time SRBS are tax free is if you signed the paperwork while in a tax Free Zone. In that case, the 28% off the top may come out, but will be deposited back in later.

Depends on where you got your bonus and what state your in. I know Minnesota a while ago would give back taxes to service members if they filed a form requesting thier withholdings returned. Essentially, you'd pay taxes first, then request your taxes back. If you got your bonus in a no tax zone overseas, then you can also request it back. If it happened here, in conus and in a state where you normally pay state taxes....sorry....not much luck on ever seeing it again.

You may get it back when you file your taxes, as a refund, but that depends entirely on your taxes. There's no way to "get it back". If you owe the money for taxes, then you pay it. But if you don't owe the money, they will refund it.

You should get a good deal of that money back when you file your tax return.

You don't get it back, it was taken out to pay federal tax's on your bonus.

Just like you don't get back the federal tax's you pay on your paychecks.

Now , if you over payed, you will get the over payment back after you file your income tax's.

You don't ever get it back. We have received several bonuses over the years, and never saw that money again.
