He does... maybe He's answering them in such subtle ways that you can not tell... He may not paint you a giant sign but he may allow a new person into your life who will help you... He answers you're prayers with three main answers: Yes, No, Wait... He may not answer your prayers the way you want Him too, but He is answering them...

God doesn't always answer prayers instantly. Sometimes He has reasons for waiting to respond.

Sometimes His answer is "No", also. He sees things in ways we cannot, and knows what is best for us, even if we don't see it His way.

Or, you may be asking for the wrong reasons. James says;

James 4:3

3 You ask and do not receive, because you ask amiss, that you may spend it on your pleasures.

Please understand that I'm not saying that this applies to you, but it is something to consider. Are you praying for a need, or a want?

And sometimes the timing is not yet right for the prayer of yours to be answered. I prayed for God to provide me with a a wife, and it was two years before God answered my prayer. The woman He had chosen to be my wife wasn't ready to be married at the time I made my prayer. When the time was right, he brought us together and we have now been happily married for 30 years.

Either you are being impatient, God has a better plan for you than you have for yourself, or you're not seeing and hearing the message. And what are you praying for? Is it strength, guidance, direction and comfort? Or are they things? I don't know what else to tell you other than keep the faith. Yes, God does speak English and He is hearing everything you have to say.

You are dealing with a God that doesnt grant instant wishes to your demands

Pray with your heart and know within that God heard your prayer
That is ALONE instant self satisfaction knowing that You just spoke to Your creator

He hears our prayers, but its not easy, read 2 corinth 12:9
my friend sent it to me tonight... weakness creates strenght God doesnt make life easy and answer all your prayers for a a greater reason

Are you asking for something specific? I find this rarely works.

Instead, step back, take a deep breath, and ask for guidance toward what is highest and best. When we get our egos out of the way, good things happen.

Good luck and blessings.

What have you done for God lately?? Hmmmm?? God helps those who help themselves!! If you are doing what you're supposed to be doing, then maybe God will answer your prayers...but it is all in HIS time...not yours! Have faith, patience, & trust, my dear!! Start living for God, and you will start being happy!!

Because God doesn't like people constantly asking for things.

In the bible it says that God always gives you what you pray for, but he doesn't. Prayer can be scientifically disproven. Look at all the cripples and amputees. Most of them still have unwaivering faith, yet why don't they have their limbs back?

You have to be quiet, God speaks softly. He doesn't always speak.........He reveals Himself in many ways.

Perhaps what you are praying for is not right for you or you already have the ability to overcome your problem.
