I have a friend who believes in aliens and that the aliens brought the humans here on earth and he watches all the UFO stuff on discovery channel and watches people who claimed to have been abducted I do believe in aliens also and we never know but is this called something

panspermia, or something like that i think. its people who say we are from another planet. Some very good scientists think this is logical because planets blow up and the remnants of that planet can endure in another planet.

Well, Scientologists believe that aliens basically began our society and currently effect the society we live in. Check out the Wikipedia entry on Scientology (below).
I don't know if that's exactly what you were thinking, but I did a little research and that was the only thing that brought up a name for belief in aliens. Hope that helps!
