ASAP! No joke. You make have strep thought and the the itching may be caused by yourself. Sometimes when you think that your thought is itching a little, and you start to itch it, it itches more (it that makes sence). When you itch for a real long time, your skin will get irritated. I'm not real sure about this though. And hey, it never hurts to ask, especially a doctor.

Well if you feel like you should, then do. But to me it sounds as if you are slightly dehydrated, which will cause both symptoms. You probably need to drink more water and use lots of lotion.
