I advise you to take her to the vet. She could be toxic. It can kill her and the pups.

The green is from either an infection from a dead puppy or pyometra. Sometimes when a puppy dies in utero it "poops" a greenish substance called meconium.
If one puppy came loose early from the placenta and died, it doesn't necessarily mean they all did. You might still have some living puppies behind this one.
The biggest risk is actually a pyometra. Sometimes a dog develops a uterine infection rather than a real pregnancy. This would kill her.
You really do need to see a vet soon.

it means that your dog most likely has a massive infection in either the cervix or possibly further up, and if it isn't taken care of immediatly, then she will most likely loose the puppies and not long after that, be found dead on your living room floor. Take her to the vet now, not tomorrow, not the next day, not when they can schedule you an appointment, find the nearest emergency vet and take her there NOW! After she has the litter, have her spayed!!

wow, actually, we had puppies not too long ago, and like the day she went into labor, before she went into labor, she had dark green discharge. and before hand, we had read all over the internet that this is normal and one sign of impending labor.
If it's time for her to have the puppies, i'd just get prepared for babies, they're coming soon!!! :)
if not, maybe call a vet.

What it means is you need to go to a vet, theyll either do an emergency c-section if she is due to have her puppies and one is stuck or she has an infection, has already lost her puppies, and will need an emergency spay. Congrats.
