Any alcohol can be bad for you all depending on how much you drink and how often. That is why all manufacturers of alcohol state drink in moderation and responsibly. Most alcohol side effects are going to effect your kidney's and your liver the more you drink the faster health problems will arise. If you are concerned about this do not drink at all you just enjoy once in awhile like say a couple of times a month for instance and not to get drunk but just have a few.

I think you were to shy too ask the question, actually there is a myth in India that drinking too much of vodka will lead to impotency.

My friend drinking too much is bad but Vodka doesn't lead to something like that.

If that was true all the Russians were impotent too, so go ahead sip your Vodka and enjoy

Ask your liver in 20 years. Im not being rude or flippant, just everything in moderation. There is nothing wrong with being a social drinker, just know that it can and will cause liver damage. I just lost a friend to it.
