40's: It's usually "malt liquor," pretty much the same thing as about 2 and half cans of beer that's 2 dollars. It could also just mean a 40 ounce container of (insert beer or wine cooler).
151: That's just a kind of liquor. About 60% so it's stronger than the usual.

Generally refererred as the size of the container be it beer, hard alcohol, or something else. If the say hard alcohol then they may mean 40% per volume. This lingo was associated with the 40's malt beverage's a cheap beverage associated with gang's and alot of gang type movies.
