I used to get them too...ALL THE TIME! It drove me crazy! So I went to the doctor and she told me that it was definitely migraine, but that strong headaches also are indicators that there could be something else wrong in your body. So she asked me a bunch of questions regarding any other things that happened during the same time as the headaches. I noticed that the days that I had an irregular sleep pattern were the ones that I had the worst headaches. She told me that this was very common (especially with college students) and that it COULD be controlled by having the same sleep pattern EVERYDAY. My headaches are gone know, and I only get them when I over sleep. If after trying to get better sleep, you still have the headaches, I would suggest you go to a doctor right away because it could mean that there is something else wrong.
Hope you feel better soon!

P.S. It could also be something as simple as your eyesight.

Migraines/food sensitivity. My nephew gets headaches if he's consumed anything with MSG which is pretty prevalent in processed foods. Maybe read labels for a week or so and try not to eat anything with MSG. See if that works. Maybe you need a stronger eyeglass prescription. Still, I'd see a doctor if I were you to rule out anything serious like high blood pressure.

Migraines or something they call Cluster Headaches. - I have tried every medicine out there and have found Excedrin works the best. - Have your doctor give you an MRI to rule out anything like a tumor. Change your diet and stay away from certain foods that may trigger headaches. Sadly, chocolate is one of them... - good luck.

i have this same problem and i went to see a doctor about it. he told me that it's from chronic sinus infections. my sinus cavities get clogged and put a lot of pressure on my head. if you take advil or tylenol and the pain doesn't go away then this might be your problem. another key sign is if you push on the bone under your eyes when you have a headache, and it hurts you may have a sinus infection. to fix my problem i got put on an antibiotic for sinus infections and it hasn't been a problem since. feel better!

Well my dad always got headaches and sometimes even got dizzy. Come to find out he had a brain tumor. If you start to feel dizzy go and see a doctor right away. Even if you don't feel dizzy go anyways.

I can't tell you why it hurts but I can tell you that you should have it checked out. that way you will know for sure and get something to take care of it.

Good luck
