Literally it means ¿Qué esta arriba?
But as a form of speech you might say ¿Qué hay? (Ke I)
or ¿Qué pasa? (K pass-a)

¿Qué pasa? is the most general way.
In Mexico they often say ¿Qué onda?
In the Caribbean area you may hear ¿Qué bola?

English(what's up) = Spanish(Que onda) and you pronounce like this "Ke onda" ALmost the same as you write it >
