It is normal your having side affects from the nicotine. Speaking form over 10yrs of experience and now not smoking at all do not start smoking worst think I ever did. I sleep better now I do not smell and well I have energy that was once constantly drained by smoking and well lots of money now that I quit.
One last thing every puff of a cigarette you are inhaling over 4000 different chemicals into your body one of them being formaldyhede and the other carbon monoxide so just think of a cigarette as a muffler on a car followed by another few thousand chemicals and well what do you get CANCER.

Your body is used to just having a little nicotine so now that you've had a full cigarette you will feel dizzy or sick for a little while. It will get better though. But the best idea is to never pick up the habit in the first place!! I hope this helps.

Listen I smoke when I am only under stress and when I do I chain smoke. If I haven't had a cigarette for 1 week or so, then hell yeah my first cigarette makes me dizzy but I say what the f*ck, I might as well enjoy it when I can!

Cigarettes can make you very dizzy and sick. They can raise your blood pressure as well. Try and relax, go outside and get some fresh air into your lungs...it will pass, but this can be a warning sign too....

It depends on the person, you might wake up feeling still sick. It's not worth it to continue smoking, my friend smokes and you can smell it on her, her teeth are hard to keep white, and she looks sick all the time. Trust me its really not attractive.

Have another cigarette. It's the only way we can get rid of enough idiots before they start drawing social security.

Sorry, but that's your fault...
Your the one who put poisons into your body, not me.
Don't do it again.
Oh yeah, and don't say, "I just tried it once!" because you can still get addicted to it.
