The only way your cat can be calmed is when she either mates or goes out of season. That is why the best way to avoid these uncomfortable periods for you and your cat is to have your female cat spayed. Spayed cats won't come into heat and spaying your cat can save you much trouble in the future.
If your cat is a pedigreed breeder or for some reason you don't wish to spay her, you can take her to vet when she is in heat for hormonal injections or medication. These hormones will stop your cat from coming into estrus. Female cats can be spayed almost any time from as young as 6 months. It is not advisable to spay your cat while she is in heat, because of complications that may arise.
this may happen alot if you don't spay this little kitty.

Your cat is not in pain of any kind buy the only way to stop this is getting your little furry friend spayed and another thing is if you have a pet store near you you should pick up animal diapers because it will stop your cat from bleeding on your stuff and yes cats and dogs bleed just like a human having their period

She is not in pain. Get her fixed, though. Her health will be much getter if she is fixed. She should not be having kittens this young and it is irresponsible to breed kittens because they are being euthanized by the thousands every day since there are just too many on them. More kittens in the adoption centers also mean more older cats getting euthanized when they could have had more time to get adopted if those kittens had not been there looking cute. Breeding your cat kills other cats - there is no shortage of cats in the world.

I had a vet tell me the only way was to have the kitten spayed. She will quit for a short time and then each time she comes in heat she will start again.

There's no way to stop this from happening except to have her spayed before she goes into heat again. Plus, by spaying her she'll live a longer, healthier life.

Yes, take her and get her spayed at the first opportunity. If you don't, she will continue to yowl and moan until her heat is past.

This is just normal behavior for a cat in heat. All you can do is get her spayed or tolerate it.

Don't let her out until you have her seen to (snip) or you may have more kittens than you wanted.
the 'moaning' will stop then

I know it's sooooo annoying! She won't stop. Get her fixed. I don't think she's in pain, I think it's more of a "booty call."
