when i was 17 yrs. old...(50 yrs. ago) i lived on a farm..I ate fresh raw eggs right out from under the chicken,,I also ate rare beef, and milk and cream straight from the cow...I'm not sure where salmonella, E.Coli or any of the other diseases originated, but it wasn't from the farm in those days..Only thing we had to watch out for was bad canned foods..canned tomatos were the worst...but didn't occur that often.. oh,,and my singing voice never improved either...lol...

Years ago, it was common to eat raw eggs (mayonnaise or Caesars Salad) but then news came out about possible salmonella contamination. My grandmother loved to eat it directly from the shell.

After that, the recommendation was to cook (or coddle) the egg before eating. I think most people don't eat raw eggs anymore.

Consuming Raw Egg Yolk
If you are not used to eating fresh raw egg yolks or fresh raw fish, you should start eating just a tiny bit of it on a daily basis, and then gradually increase the portions.
For example: you can start with consuming only a few drops of raw egg yolk daily, during the first 3 days. Then consume half a teaspoon raw egg yolk daily during the next 3 days. The next 3 days one teaspoon raw egg yolk daily. Then 2 teaspoons daily. Then 1 whole raw egg yolk daily and subsequently 2 raw egg yolks daily. Eventually, you can easily eat 5 raw egg yolks daily, which is absolutely perfect to enhance your mood, sleep and menstrual cycle.
Fresh raw egg yolk tastes like vanilla, and combines very nicely with avocado.
You can also blend different fruits (e.g. banana, orange juice, apple), or tomatoes or orange juice only, and add the egg yolk. Only stir with a fork gently, because egg protein easily gets damaged on molecular level, even by mixing / blending.
You can also add raw egg yolks to cooked potatoes or –rice.
Processing fresh raw egg yolk mixed with avocado, potato or rice requires lots of oxygen and strict physical inactivity.
If you are a smoker, you might sense a lack of oxygen after having consumed raw egg yolk.

Never heard of it improving your voice, but people eat over-easy eggs, dipping toast into the yolk, all the time. Even over-medium still have loose yolks. You'll be fine.

Maybe you should just try not drinking to much soda, drinking more water, or better yet get a vocal coach
