I am going to assume that the repairs have been done, and have been done correctly. With a clean title, the car would have a wholesale value in the area of $1400, in average condition and a retail value around $3000. The salvage history reduces the value so I would say that it is most likely worth around $800 wholesale, and in the $1500-2000 range retail!
This is assuming that the repairs have been done, and have been done correctly and completely. If the car has different color body panels, (i.e. a red door on a blue car) or other problems with the repair, it will be worth a lot less!

A salvage title makes almost any car virtually worthless, and nearly impossible to sell at any price worth your time. You'd get a better return by driving the wheels off the car before donating it to the charity of your choice. The other option with value would be letting some relative or friend in need of a vehicle have it.
Of the multitude of times people have tried to trade salvage vehicles as part of a car deal I've worked, not one has been taken by the dealership, not even to be sold for scrap.

Whatever you can get. The book value does not apply to your car.
