98 degrees means she is in labor. Get ready to catch some pups.
Edited to add you need to get the other dog out of the delivery room. Don't let it back in until at least a week after the pups are born or you can get fights or the mother dog might kill the pups out of stress.
Side note, all breeds have the same gestation time. It is usually 63 days from the first tie.

Hello love, you need only worry when her waters have broken! Once that happens its all systems go!!! Leave her be if the waters HAVE broken but keep your eye on her, she may need your help!!! Make sure she has plenty of cool, fresh drinking water available and leave her dinner out of the way - she really won't want it! Make sure you've laid down lots of old ( she'll rip 'em to bits anyway ) bedsheets and towels and just let her know you're around. Good luck to you, and especially to her, she's in for a hard old time x

it is very possible. Temperature drops 2-3 degrees or so when a dog is about to whelp. average temperature is between 100 and 102. Congrats on the imminent puppies.

Different breeds have different genstation times, but yes, sounds like she's getting close. She's uncomfortable, just as women are late in pregnancy, and all those babies are making it hard to fill her lungs all the way, so she's breathing harder and shallower. Bless her heart.

Are these the symptoms your vet told you to look for? If so, yes.
