I read a book about the benefits of olive oil, and how it's all natural and was used by ancient people as a moisturizer, so this winter I started using it, and I love it. I know it sounds weird, but I bought some extra virgin olive oil at Kroger, the Kroger brand, and put some in a plastic container I got at Walgreen's for a dollar, and I use about four to ten drops of it everyday on my face and my neck. It sinks in really well, makes my skin smooth and soft, and it's cheap. Even when I use too much of it, it sinks in and does a great job. In the summer I'll have to switch to something with sunscreen, but this is perfect for the winter. Try it and see if you like it. If you don't, you can always use it for cooking.

I use Aveeno moisturizer on my face, it keeps it moisturized and doesn't leave it feeling oily. I have very dry skin also, and this has truly helped. I can't remember the exact name of it, but it comes in a white bottle, and has a green cap that you push down on.

Take a multi-vitamin to help keep dry skin away! I found a website which discusses the different vitamins that your skin benefits from. It also talks about the multi-vitamin with all of the vitamins in one pill to make it easy.

Hope this helps!
