If it's evenly proportioned on your body (or mostly muscle), then I doubt that it looks bad at all.
I am 16 and weigh 160 lbs and I'm only about 5'3", and my fat is not evenly proportioned (I gain weight on my stomach, and not any in my hips or butt... so I look really weird! lol). I am working on ways to diet and exercise. I lost about 20 lbs the summer before and through my 8th grade year. That was when I looked my best, but I became content and went back to my bad habbits, and gained it all back (and then some). My plan was fairly easy, but you really have to put your mind to it and strengthen your will-power. The biggest thing I changed was my eating habbits. I drank 2-3 16 oz. waters a day, and included lots of fruits and salad into my weekly diet. I cut out or lowered my portions of bad things, and started eating baked chips (over fried ones). I got about 30 min. of cardio about 3-4 times a week. It worked, and fairly quickly also. You just have to find a way to keep it up. Remember not to deprive yourself of things you want. Only eat half of the suggested serving, if you want something every day (like chocolate). Also, treat yourself to a fastfood meal or desert on the weekend (like a McDonalds meal on Saturday with a yogurt parfait for desert). If you get a little of your favorite "bad" foods either regularly, or ever so often, you won't sabotage your diet by binging later.
Good luck and don't feel bad about yourself EVER!!

I am 5'4'' and I weigh 128. I need to have my weight a little more proportional, because I have a chunky midsection (having 3 kids will do it). But I remember being very proportionate at 13, and I weighed about 120-125. You have to take into account your breasts and butt, because even if you are a small framed girl, if you have large breasts it will make you weigh more. I am a size b so. As long as you are comfortable with your weight, I don't see a problem. More than likely you are just at an awkward stage and you will grow a few more inches and thin out. Just make yourself happy, I always thought very skinny people were more unattractive anyway, and especially the scary thin look that has become so popular. A few curves are always nice to have.

Like many have said, it does depend greatly on your muscle mass. It's also important to keep in mind that because we are shaped differently people carry weight differently, which means one person weighing, say 160, could look huge, while another person at the same height and weight could look just right.
One thing is for sure, PLEASE do not listen to the response given by crazychic16-- if you review other answers she has given for other people, she appears to be bitter young woman who only feels better when she makes others feel bad. An 18.4 BMI is not even close to bad. (The "normal" range is 18-24, I believe.) I can guarantee you at that weight and height she may be a model, but that does not necessarily mean her body is desirable.
In fact, I was about that BMI when I started college due to an eating disorder I had in high school, and basically had no interest from any guys. I gained about 10 pounds before the next year began, and I had guys actually checking me out and telling me how much better I looked. I'm not trying to be boastful in anyway, but I really want you to understand that being thin is sooooo NOT everything.
Speaking from the experience of having an eating disorder that starting when I was about your age, I can tell you that worrying about your weight can eventually consume you. I encourage to speak with your doctor about what is a healthy weight for your age and height. Like someone mentioned earlier, you are young and likely will have changes to your body that will effect your weight. However, if you are looking to drop a few pounds, make sure you do it the healthy way! Talk to your doc, your mom, or someone who has a good sense of self and can help you with your own.
And by the way, you are HONESTLY not fat!!

Well that's kind of a hard question to answer. Muscle weighs more than fat. So if you're fairly athletic then you're probably just fine. Also it depends on your bone structure. if you have a small frame your weight will be much different than if you have a large frame and thats just nothing that you can really change. To get an honest answer you should of added a photo

You should really ask your doctor this question as they can answer this for you in a medical capacity. They can also advise you what to do if they believe you are above a healthy weight. Each and every person is different and for people to say 'yes you are fat' when they don't even know what you look like is pathetic and actually quite nasty. Get the facts, not opinions. Opinions won't educate and help you. Facts will.
Good luck.

Well going by your BMI you classed as only just overweight, but thats for people over the age of 18.
Your 13 and still growing, so it could be puppy fat or the way you are built.
My friend is 5'5 and 10 stone - shes slim but VERY toned, as she dose gymnastics.
Muscel weighs more than fat, so try not to worry, if in doubt see your doctor x

"fat" no... medically you're weight is high for a person of your age and height. it's probably just baby fat that will drop off after you hit your growth spurt and then you'll pretty much even out. if it's REALLY an issue for you... tell your mom or grandma or whoever you're closest to and who buys your food and tell them that you havea problem with how you look and it's affecting you. they'll probably just help you with a lighter meal plan and a more active lifestyle. i wouldn't worry about it hon. you're still young. you have time to work it off babycakes <3

Well unless you're muscley or have a big frame i'd say you're a little "plumper" than i'd personally like to be. But looks aren't everything, if you like your body - keep it, regardless of what anybody says. If you dont like it change it, go to the gym, eat healthy

You already know never to be able to skip breakfast, but it's also important to eat within an hour of waking for boosting your metabolism.
