On a weekday it takes either 1 hr 24 mins leaving Oxford at xx.21 with a 36 minute stopover at Didcot Parkway where you change, or 1 hr 27 mins leaving Oxford at xx.43 with a 14 minute change at Reading.
On Saturdays the same services run but there's also one or two extra trains in the day which reduce the journey time to about 56 minutes, still with a change at Didcot.
On Sundays the timings are all over the place, but you can still do it either in 55 minutes or 1 hr 25 mins, depending when you travel.
Bear in mind there may be ticket restrictions (i.e Route: Not Reading) on cheaper tickets too.
