I'm going to disclose it but I wonder how it will be viewed by the hiring managers. Should I tell them that I was 20 at the time??? It is for a food editor job, any thoughts?

OK, this shows my lack of knowledge in the area but is underage drinking considered a felony? I think you need to disclose when asked if you have been convicted of any crimes but I think that it is usally felony offenses that is stated on job applicaitons.
My opinion - don't ask, don't tell. If asked, tell.

Honesty shows integrity, but sometimes it will show as a weakness! so its a toss up.
