My father is disabled and half of his body does not work due to brain damage. His right arm does not work because blood is blocked. I was thinking of an Acupunture doctor or a Neurologist but I am not fully sure. What do you think. Can you please help me with find a right doctor. What doctor will help my father unblock the blood from his arm. Thank you.

a hematologist, or a doctor that specializes in blood disorders.

Start out with an internist, a specialist in internal medicine. He/she can determine which type of specialist you'll need to see. If blood flow were completely blocked he would be having other symptoms, it just doesn't sound right. I wish you both the best, and hope your father gets some good results. Take care.

Blood has to do with circulation and the ability of the heart to pump the blood to the rest of the body. Neurologist would work with nuerons and chemical imbalances in the brain. cardiologist or acupunture.

For the blood, physiotherapist, cardiologist and haemotogist. They should be able to do something about the blockage but this sounds like a very complex issue.
As for brain damage, unfortunately speech therapy, physiotherapy and sensory assistance may help but there's not really much that can be done.
Also, it depends how it occurred, I'd rephrase the question if I were you.

My chiropractor had a stroke and he fixed himself. He has a cold laser which helps open up areas. Check into a chiropractor that has a cold laser. It help me with a couple of things.
I kept tripping over my own feet. My foot was weak when he tested it. He said when things are blocked nothing, exercise or other is going to fix it unless it is unblocked. I had blockages in my lumbar area and you lie down and he puts this cold laser where that nerve and stuff would be and after 2 or 3 times, my strength was back to normal.
My prayers are with you and your Dad. I pray for good health for him. Take care of yourself too.

I would start with a Neurologist as they will test the Brian and this stems from the brain first and foremost. It sounds like he has had a stroke.
God Bless I hope he regains better health

If his arm has suddenly got a blockage in it, go to an emergency department right now.
Otherwise, go to your GP and get a referral.
Acupuncture is not medicine, it is an alternative medicine. It doesn't cure anything, it just relieves the symptoms. Go to a properly trained medical professional.
