Hello again,
I delted the older question b/c I wanted to add more info, I am unsure how to reply to a question someone asked in response to my question.

I wanted to ask if anyone knew the answer to this question...my DH military mid-month LES is not showing up as usual this month--- when I called customer service, they said it was b/c we are in a transient status, meaning we will be PCS soon, so there is no mid month LES delivery beacause of that. I was just wondering if anyone else had this same issue?

We have not gotten paid as yet for this mod month-- that missing mid month LES is for this month, (Dec14th or 15th). and usually, they display the mid month LES a week prior to that paydate (this past Friday) thanks in advance, just want to be sure everything is ok and if anyone had ever experienced this before.

**** added info.****

We are not deploying, it is actually my husband and I who will be moving to a new base in the U.S. I do have access to the mypay, and itonly shows his last full LES, the one generated for the pay that was posted on Dec.1st.

***thank you for all of the wonderful answers! We are not near an army base that could give us info...we have all of our mypay access over the net, and funds electronically transferred, so no paper LES's involved.
I guess I just wanted to make sure he will get paid, being it so close to the holidays, our moving to a new base, etc. thanks so much for any and all help... btw, how do you reply to this thread, if i originally asked the question?

___ THANK YOU to everyone for taking the time to respond! ____

I really appreciate all the responses and help-- I wish we lived closer to an army base so we could get some answers, but I am extremely appreciative of those who have answered thus far. I guess, like any sudden change, I just wanted to be sure that someone else has gone thru the same thing, that it wasn't jus tme, LOL.

I worked in Admin while I was in the military (1991-1994 I was a TM3 that was TDS to another facility during my medical Limited Duty)...
We were not as internet savvy as we are now, so I don't know why you are not getting that at all, that should never change.
If you have DDS, you should be paid as usual. Your paper LES while you are PCS may not always reach you, however your DDS should if that had not been changed.

I hope you get answers. Instead of calling customer service, I would either have (if he can) your DH get his rear over to Personnel ASAP monday AM. If he can't you will have to. Talk to your ombudsman as well in regards to this.

My mid month showed up on mypay. I know when you are PCS'ing, there are too many intangibles for them to calculate before the actual pay date to update your LES on mypay. I'm sure you are going to get paid, but they probably didn't have the time to calculate the info (BAH rate, COLA, etc.).

Can you get to the MyPay website? If you are deploying, that can effect your pay status while you are transitioning. If it's everyone's stuff, and not just yours, then there's not much you can do until your status gets changed. If it's just you, talk to your PAC clerk.
