i noticed this morning that my nipples were darker and had scabs on the very tip of them. Whats this all about? I have been having dry skin lately, but i dont know?

neosporin and antibacterial soap with moisturizers to bathe with. wear soft tshirt type bras that dont have that line running rite across the nipples to irritate them. if you need to apply a small fabric bandaid or nonstick gauze pad to them first.

Well, the skin of your nipples is very sensitive, so it's common for them to get very dry in the winter; maybe get a heavy natural skin moisturizer. If you don't wear a bra, also, rubbing against your shirts could exacerbate the problem.

Put a little Vaseline on them. A lot of runners have this problem (caused by the T shirt or Bra rubbing a lot) and just a tiny dab of vaseline fixes it.
