How do I change word file to jepg? Help pls.?

I have a receipt that must be uploaded in jepg format, but I have it saved as a word doc. How do I change format? Thanks, Jan

If you can see the entire receipt at one time in word, then hit CNTRL- Print Screen

Open Paint, which is in the Accessories folder.

Edit - paste File - save as.

Change the file type on the save as window to JPEG.
