I would need to know the type of floor. Many floor finises now are made for duability not gloss. There are still some high gloss one available but you really need to use the correct type for your floor material. A GOOD JANITORIAL SUPPLY WILL BE HAPPY TO HELP YOU WITH SELECTION AND ADVICE. Sorry hit cap lock.
Between owning a janitorial service and as a janitorial supply dealer I have more than 20 years experience. retired from that bussiness now so not up on newer products. But like I said, a supply store should be able to help you.

DEPENDS on the type of flooring u have some will Never really glossy shine, no mater what uou do.Wood and certain tile can be high glossed, Some other flooring nee to be stripped of old wax build-up, then re waxed and then buffed. You have to get the right cleaners for the floor u have or u are waisting time and money good luck.
