Well he stares at me alot and he's always smiling at me. We do talk and give each other a hard time. When he catches me staring at him, he looks back and smiles really big at me. Also he goes out his way to bug me....so what do you think does he like me?

Yes. A lot, but he's not sure how to make the first moves in that direction. Perhaps he's not sure how you feel about him. It's kind of a confidence thing on his part. He has to put his male pride on the line and risk rejection. Is there any way you can give him a helping hand? A hint about your feelings, asssuming you feel the same way about him? Hope this helps.

Whoa girl this guy totally likes you. It reminds me of my friend Carrie and this guy that liked her.
