Keep it clean and use Bacitracin or antibiotic cream to prevent it from getting infected. Leave it open to the air to whatever extent you can ( using a bandage when you cannot ) and it will heal. If it's not bleeding, it might not be deep enough to leave a permanent scar. Wait to see. If it is, you can always have some minor plastic surgery to remove it but it will probably not be necessary.

i would keep a bandaid on it so it can keep bacteria from entering it and if it gets worst i would see the doctor or maybe its just a real deep cut that will last for a while i hope i answered your question
