i am 13, about 5'3 and i weigh about 115-120 pounds. I try to not eat a lot cuz i REALLY want to lose some weight. What do u think i should do to lose some weight.

Chick ur not fat i am 15 and i weigh 135 and i am 5'3 when i was 13 i weighed about the same as you so don't worry about losing weight right now for your age your weight is normal

i am 13, about 5'3 and i weigh about 115-120 pounds. my weight fluctuates and it's nice to know that other people are like that. But, my stomach is flat, well sort of. lol. I don't care what other people think of me, and to tell you the truth, guys at my school love a girl who is always eating, and got all those write curves, if you know what I mean. lol

No your not fat. I'm 25 years old 5'2 and I weigh 125lbs. That is a healthy weight. I remember when I was your age I was 120lbs for the longest. If your fat then so am I, but i don't think that I am. You are a healthy weight for your age. Don't let anyone tell you that your fat even if you were 150lbs. Look at your self in the mirror every morning and say you are beautiful no matter what anyone thinks.

If you want to lose some weight its fine just don't loose to much i mean because your weigh is already perfectly fine as it is now. i was exactly the same weigh and height when i was your age and i was the same way like i want to loose weight and i thought i was fat too but i guess i wasn't. check your BMI and im sure it will say that you are a healthy weight.

Try exerciseing and burning fat and plus i have a friend who is dealing with the same thing you two are almost the same body type as you described. shes losing alot of weight from eating healthier food & staying in shape

You are not fat. You can use the calculator below to check your BMI and I already did - you're fine.
Too many girls want to look ultra-thin and emaciated. If you feel fat, you can get counseling to stop from having unrealistic ideas about how you look and what you should look like. If you want to look thinner, you can start exercising and running for a more toned look and you can use pilates and yoga to make your posture better and it makes you look a tad taller, but you need to keep eating!
When your hormones hit and your body is developing, it does seem weird, but that is what happens! It's OK.

you dont loose weight by not eating. your body will store fat because it knows it rarely gets food. eventually you will begin to loose weight because your body will use this stored matter, but that will take a long time and you will most likely not be able to handle th hunger. When you eat something, most of it will be stored and you will continue to be hungry.

if you want to loose weigh, you should be exercising and eating the right foods.

never think your fat because your not i no a lot of people who say that im 15 and im bout 5 ft im not sure how much i way but it doesnt matter your 13 dont eat as much choclate and crisps but dont cut them out just like that because you will miss them lol and do a bit of exercise at lease 3 times a week its great for your body

It's natural to bulk up before you get another growing streak. It takes alot of calories and nutrition to grow taller. It's very good to take vitamins at this time it makes the bones stronger and the growing pains weaker.

if you read cosmogirl and seventeen they always have good workout routines that you can do but mainly just try to eat healthy stay off junk food and play plenty of sports or take walks or jog make it fun though
