No one can answer that question and even if God revealed the answer, I doubt man would be capable of comprehending the answer.

If I had to answer I would say humans. Reasoning, I don't know, because they needed soemthing to feel better about so they created a heaven, but there had to be a reason to go to heaven... to be with God. Then that wasn't enough so they created Hell, with a counterpart for God, The Devil. And that is how the story was born... That's just one theory...

God is the Origin and Destination of the Universe and is beyond life and death. There is only one God, people interpret God in different names and forms. All religions of world teach human way to get close to God. You give your Best, God will give thy Best. Ask God for help and forgive, God will help and forgive you. Pray; Worship and Thank God for everything. Remember wherever there is Happiness in Life, there will be Sorrow. To get Happiness, you must master Sorrow. For Success in Life; Believe in Self and God, Learn from Past, Concentrate in Present, Plan for Future, and remember ignorance gives failures. Have control on, be the master of, not the slave of your body, senses, and mind. Purpose of this Life is to Improve by Gaining and Sharing utmost Knowledge and Experience to differentiate and choose Best, Right, Good, Truth, God against Worst, Wrong, Bad, Untruth, Devil. Set your Desire level perfect or OK to be brave, no low to be coward, no high to be cruel. You have rights of Survival, Self Defence, and Freedom.

Baby, our Creator has always been. Pathetic, denying mortals were apparently created along the same mindset as Lucifer the way we carrry on with things like this.
But, okay, I'll play the philosophy student game with you just a little to appease the human side of my divinity:
If your breath gives you life, then what gives life to breath?
When you take a bath, what does your bath take?
If you cook an egg, who cooks you?

Everything must be created by something, but this chain of creators cannot continue forever (in other words, there must be something to start everything).
God is self-sufficient. He is the first cause. To try to understand this in this world is impossible, because, fittingly, God is beyond the scope of time, which he created, and our understanding here, which he created.

The Bible god was created by a larger God, who in turn was created by a still larger god --
I've been able to follow the line back fourteen Gods, but then it gets a little murky....
Anyway, fourteen ought to suffice our wondering nature, for the time being.

Sura - 112 Absoluteness (Al-Ikhlaas)
Order Of Revelation 22, Verses: 4
[112:0] In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
[112:1] Proclaim, "He is the One and only GOD.
[112:2] "The Absolute GOD.
[112:3] "Never did He beget. Nor was He begotten.
[112:4] "None equals Him."
One God
[21:21] Have they found gods on earth who can create?
[21:22] If there were in them (the heavens and the earth) other gods beside GOD, there would have been chaos. Glory be to GOD; the Lord with absolute authority. He is high above their claims.
Never Question God's Wisdom
[21:23] He is never to be asked about anything He does, while all others are questioned.
[21:24] Have they found other gods beside Him? Say, "Show me your proof. This is the message to my generation, consummating all previous messages." Indeed, most of them do not recognize the truth; this is why they are so hostile.
One God/One Message/One Religion
[21:25] We did not send any messenger before you except with the inspiration: "There is no god except Me; you shall worship Me alone."
[21:26] Yet, they said, "The Most Gracious has begotten a son!" Glory be to Him. All (messengers) are (His) honored servants.
[21:27] They never speak on their own, and they strictly follow His commands.
[57:0] In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
[57:1] Glorifying GOD is everything in the heavens and the earth. He is the Almighty, Most Wise.
[57:2] To Him belongs the kingship of the heavens and the earth. He controls life and death. He is Omnipotent.
[57:3] He is the Alpha and the Omega. He is the Outermost and the Innermost. He is fully aware of all things.
[57:4] He is the One who created the heavens and the earth in six days, then assumed all authority. He knows everything that enters into the earth, and everything that comes out of it, and everything that comes down from the sky, and everything that climbs into it. He is with you wherever you may be. GOD is Seer of everything you do.
[57:5] To Him belongs the kingship of the heavens and the earth. All matters are controlled by GOD.
[57:6] He merges the night into the day, and merges the day into the night. He is fully aware of the innermost thoughts.
[57:7] Believe in GOD and His messenger, and give from what He has bestowed upon you. Those among you who believe and give (to charity) have deserved a great recompense.

I suppose you should ask that from God himself at AskGodDirectly.com. God may tell you who created him. Why do you ask?
