I remember having a dream and I saw a high school friend in hell. She had no skin that made me recognize her, but I still knew who she was. She was also in great torment and pain. This broke my heart, as when I knew her she was not a Christian, neither was I. I had heard she died at the age of about 19 in a car accident. My reaction was sadness at first, but then when you have Jesus in your heart, you really understand that the decision was hers, as she had the choice to accept Jesus or not. She choose not to. At first I was not going to answer this question because it is so difficult to explain and I cannot always put my thoughts down in writing. I hope that you understand what I am trying to express. Thank you

Yes. Those cast into the lake of fire with satan will be blotted out, which means no one will even remember them.
However, during the millennium / the Lord's Day, those who still have mortal souls (subject to die) will have 1,000 yrs to get their act together. But, if they follow satan when he's turned loose for a short time at the end of the millennium, it's over for them ... second death, death of the soul, lake of fire.
God is always totally fair.

NO WAY!!!!!!!! You will be watching them sizzling in Hell for ever and ever!
By believing in Jesus and being “saved” you will get one of the first seats in Heaven to watch how the vast majority of the human beings including your “unsaved” family members and old acquaintances will be tormented in a sulfuric Hell fire lake or what have you for ever and ever and you will be encouraged to poke fun showing a wet big finger for them to lick hoping to quench their thirst and you can tease them all you want for ever and ever… That’s HEAVEN! No wonder Jesus said that you must hate your father and your mother and everybody else to follow him, especially if they are "unsaved" and go to HELL! You will hear a lot of “I told you so…” from Sweet Jesus! He thought of everything!
Luke 16:23-25-NIV (Jesus is telling us…) AND BEING IN TORMENTS IN HELL, he* (*a rich man in Hell) lifted up his eyes and saw Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. “Then he cried and said, ‘Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus that he may dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue; FOR I AM TORMENTED IN THIS FLAME.’(and Jesus all excited continues the story telling…) But Abraham said, ‘Son, remember that in your lifetime you received your good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things; but now he is comforted and YOU ARE TORMENTED! (Hey, these are words of Sweet Jesus Christ… he will enjoy watching the Christians teasing those in HELL for rejecting him!)
Revelation 14:10-11 "he, too, will drink of the wine of God's fury, which has been poured full strength into the cup of his wrath. HE WILL BE TORMENTED WITH BURNING SULFUR in the presence of the holy angels and of the LAMB* (*aka God the Son Jesus Christ, and some Christians who will ALWAYS be with him wherever he goes/John 17:24). And the smoke of their torment rises FOR EVER AND EVER. There is no rest day or night for those who worship the beast and his image, or for anyone who receives the mark of his name."
So if you got saved make sure that you pay your tithes and offering or you will be given a Christian burial without next of kin notification and go to HELL for sinning against God the Holy Ghost! (Acts 5:1-11)! Not paying the full tithes and offerings is a great blasphemy against the Holy Ghost!

Since there is perfect peace in Heaven------NO-you won't remember your loved ones that aren't there. But, you will know the ones that are there.
