in one religion women arent allowed to enter the house when they have periods, in another religion they arent allowed to leave the house when they have periods. whats wrong with religions? why god didnt said "when the bloody week comes, shower more often"? god must be a sexist man cause it looks like that he doesnt understands women.

I only know about Mosaic law, which was written when there weren't showers or indoor plumbing, but the women were considered ritually unclean. It didn't mean they were sinful. You are correct that it was cleaner for them to be separate, but also, their husbands weren't supposed to make sexual demands of them.
