2 years later I died spiritually..... and now have gone 1 year without feeling any emotion. I met a drug dealer who said he would give me money if I slept with him and my mother had a dream the next day that I was murdered by a drug dealer... If God is protecting me through dreams it means he still cares what happens to me right?

God always cares about us, obviously he used a dream to get your attention. The next question is did it. We are all made in the image of God and if you are saved then you are supposed to be conforming to the image of Jesus Christ. Now by warning you in that dream it means you had better be making some changes asap. I would encourage you to start reading your Bible and start going back to church. Jesus loves you thats not even an issue, the issue is do you love Him!!

I've recently gone through the same thing, minus the drug dealing thing. I've found that God is still there, even when you're not there for Him.
Just do what I do. Go outside, early in the morning, or in the evening, away from people. Suck in the nature, just talk and say what exactly is on your mind. Talk to God. You'll reconnect. I promise.

I went through 9 years of catholic school hell. BUT i was born with a heart problem. i had three heart surgeries before I hit high school. I still have one more to come and when i was in my siophmore year I was told I might need it. my mother said a novena for me and when I went to my follow up my doc couldnt explain, after over 20 years of service how i did such a turn around over ONE weekend but I was going to be FINE. i dont believe there isnt SOME force of good in this world. i love bible history and archeology because it flies in the face of what I was told but. I DO believe in GOOD and DOING good WIITHOUT consideraration or condition. the rest is a leap of FAITH. im at he crossroads now. i may be going under the knife. i have verry little money and no health insurance but I KNOW people are praying for me. whos to say???

God protects you whether you believe in Him or not. He is patient though He waits impatiently for you to re-acknowledge Him as His angels cannot come to your assistance without your consent or the pleadings (prayers) of those who love you.
Your mothers dream is her fear of losing you. the drug world is full of dangers, physical as well as spiritual. I know this through experience. Dont let her dream become a prophesy. Let Jesus in and your guardian angel will take care of business without your bidding.
Say no to drugs, my friend, no-one can do it for you.

God always cares about you. Don't believe that because you have walk away from Him that He has deserted you;he hasn't. remember the story of the prodigal son? well in the eyes of God you are still his and as soon as you come to this realization, you will find your way back to him where he awaits you with open arms. Remember he says that he will marry to the backslider-not the one who remains faithful-just to prove how much he cherishes the love that has turned away from him for a moment.

Its your perogative to seek or ignore God.
The dream was a tool to get someone in yoiur family's attention.

once saved always saved. just because you backslid doesnt mean God gave up on you. He never gives up on us. there is a scrpture that says God is standing there with His hand behind his ear waiting on you to call out His name and He will come running back to you just call on him and Hes there. you have to remember that He knows you and loves He made you just the way you are. He will never forsake you. never forget that!!!

You will believe what you need to. Maybe you do "need" religion. Some people do. Doesn't mean god is real, but religion or the idea of god can be an anchor for some people.
