he has all these thing since last week but he got better after a few days. but it just came back.

today he seems a little better but he is still a little sad and i gave him aspirin but he is still a little feverish. what could this be? my vet is closed for the weekend, should i take him to the emergency room? he has started drinking water normally (when he first got sick he didn't want it) and he did vomit a little today.

How old is your dog?

Fever, loss of appetite, and vomiting are my big concerns. Is he eliminating normally?

A trip to the emergency vet may be in order.

I think you should take him to the vet, and the reason why is because at the very least he is dehydrated from the vomiting and could use some fluids. Not to scare you, but at the very worst, he could have a foreign body obstruction. That means that he ate something that is blocking his intestines. Telltale signs of this are repeated vomiting, refusal to eat, and not pooping. If you do decide to just watch him and see how he does, then I think if he vomits one or two more time he should definitely go to the vet ASAP. If he does not vomit again tonight, then take him in tomorrow. In the meantime, you should withhold food until the morning and offer small amounts of water at a time tonight.

He needs to be seen by a vet immediately. Small dogs can go down hill very quickly, especially if they are vomiting. You may also get him checked for Parvo.
