I don't know. I do know that I received an answer to a prayer in October that told me to get a message to inmates and gang members. A day later I saw the President on the news stating that prisons are the new breeding ground for terrorism. I still do not know how I am supposed to let prisoners know the answer to this prayer. The Lord told me that the fight against terrorism is not won on a battlefield but lost in our minds. He let me know that Prayer is the key. The specific prayer is 2ND Chron7:14. " if my people, who are called by me name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will restore their land". I know this will sound crazy to some, but it is the truth. A kid was walking through the cemetery and I asked him to remember that day and what I told him as I knew it was important. I found it amazing that the next day it was on the national news about the feat of terrorism being spread in prisons. God loves us all. He loves all of us. Peace out.

I doubt they are really Christians. I think some inmates SAY they believe, get out, go back to not believing, get saved again, etc.

Yep and I am sure the majority of *those* think they are "saved" and that they will rocket right up to "heaven" when the switch is flicked, or the injection hits them, or whatever...then darkness....hey...what is that burning sensation he is feeling?...seems to be getting pretty smoky, too.....
Of course, those were only FALSE Christians...right?

probably. lots of inmates pick up religion in prison. its not surprising, considering their situation. most people are looking for forgiveness from someplace or other.

I think it's kind of like on the "BATTLEFIELD"...............
Not very many non-believers in either place..........
Watched a program on History channel.....American POW's
during Vietnam War.......After torture one prisoner made the remark that he had converted. When asked which religion he had converted to, his reply was,"ALL OF THEM!!"
