could be perfectly fine, but if you have never gone out with him before i'd say meet at a public place first!

There are some precautions you need to take before you accept anything from this dude.
Get a copy of both his driver's license and car registration. Give those things and a physical description of him, along with his address and telephone number, to a trusted friend. Tell said friend that you will check in with him/her on the hour and remember to do so!!! Tell the friend if s/he doens't hear from you to call the police immediately and relay the information they have to them. Then tell the dude you're meeting what you've done and tell him he should do the same thing. There ARE some female serial killers in history too.
You can never be too careful and these are good rules to abide by at least until you get to know him better and feel that you can trust him. The life you save might be your own.

Yeah i think you should go it might be fun just make sure you bring a can of pepper spray or a taser just in case lol

Depends on where you met, but, I would at least go with a friend. Or take some pepper spray or something.
