My name I was born with is Jame Lees Martin. I am the last Martin in our family line and I really want to keep it, I like it so much, I want to be called that for I may change my last name to Greene because my whole family's last name is now Greene (my mum got married) so Should I do that? Be known as Jamie lees Greene but called Martin?

NOPE, why change it if you like it, and you're the last? So what if everyone else is a Greene and you're a Martin?

It isn't clear how old you are... if you were a little child, it might make sense. But you are who you are, not to mention how many records might need changing. You are the only one who can define if it really serves some purpose.
From the sound of it, you are happy and comfortable with mom's new husband, which is a blessing in itself. I think that affection and respect can be demonstrated without giving up your birth name.
