i saw once that sometimes when people sleep there soul comes out and they travel and can see themself sleeping
if this happens can a demon go inside your body

There is a such thing as out of body experiences and they do happen. Sometimes you can remember them, sometimes you can't. The out of body experiences that people remember, they say they were so real. I have friends teel me stories about it and they said they thought it was a dream, untill they talked to the others that was involoved in their out of body expeirences (if any) and they realized it happened. But they also could have had an astral projection. An out of body experience is being somewhere you've been before and know well enough and an astral projection is either being somewhere you've never been to or being somewhere you don't really know - out side of your body... it's a way for your spirit to get away and destress (that's how I look at it).
As for a demon possesion, it is rare, your body has to allow it in, and normally your body will only let your spirit back in, but there are rare cases.
They say when you wake up from sleeping and things are swirling or you feel dizzy that your spirit was pulled back to your body before it was going to... or it was just returning and woke you up in the process.

Don't worry about demons so much, the body will not lose complete connection with your spirit, and your spirit can return in an instant if it senses danger. One need to pray/meditate, do mind-body or other exercises, eat healthy, and not overindulge so as to keep strong spiritually. This will protect you from demons at any time you may be vulnerable.

Out of body's happen to everyone in their sleep. They just confuse them with their dreams. No demons. Your body is safe.

There is no legitimate religious text anywhere that indicates a "demon" can take possesion of your body without your consent.

If you are a Christian it is impossible for a demon to take possession of your body. You are covered by the blood of Christ and theyt dont have that authority.
