It is a little creepy, but you are the only one who can answer that question. You should ask yourself is this guy worth letting him touch you. Will you be together for a long time. If you guys aren't there is no point in letting him touch you. From past experience he might seem like he likes you, but some guys just want to touch you and then they dump you. Well that is all I can tell you. I hope that my experience will help you decide.

The fact that he is asking if he could 'touch' you is a bit on the creepy side, yes. The best tip I could give would be to ask him what he means exactly by 'touch' and if there is more of a meaning to that then just simply kissing.. It sounds like he just has one thing on his mind when he words it like that.

A guy that would ask if he could touch you is too young and immature to become involved with. When two people develop a relationship based on mutual attraction and caring then they will know when it is right to touch.
Steer clear of this type of situation until you are old enough to know what it all means.

Okay first off, consider yours and his' age. If you are under 18 and he's not, then DON'T let him [ unless you are in a relationship with him, just give him your consent] If you feel uncomfortable with him wanting to kiss and touch you, then DON'T let him. Only let him if you are safe and comfortable with him and have known him for quite awhile.

i do not know your age, but in most cases the "touching" turns into something you might not want. it could turn into nothing, or rape. This person finds you sexually attractive, and just wants to get into your pants. Honestly, i think you should claim that he is sexually harassing you, and threaten to press charges or take out a protection order against him. Yes i do think he is creepy, because guys shouldn't be doing that unless you want them to. (my opinion)

If you are not in relationship with him, it should be a firm no. No explanation need to be given. Yes, very creepy if there's nothing going on between you two.

um, maybe HE JUST WANT TO KNOW IF YOU ARE OK with kissing him, and being close to him. talk to him about. it all depends on age and stuff, but u got to talk to ur bf and set boundaries depending how far u gonna go. i think he is just being courteous - i mean some guys just jump in your face and that is creepy. talk to him

No, that is a little immature. Not that he probably doesn't have good intentions, he just needs to learn how to not be such a dork in front of you. I would steer clear of him.

Well let him touch you if that's what you want. and if he doesn't foat your boat then slap him and let him know hee's creepy. besides he probably will end up more than touching you if you two kiss.

well that was easy!

touch you?? what do you mean?? touch you where?? If he asked to touch in the spot where I think you mean, then I think you should have slapped him accross his face and never talk to him again.
