Like if I'm watching a video on youtube, its too quiet, even if all the sound on the computer and the youtube window is on "max"

check sound properties ... if ur volume is maxed get a bigger set of speakers with higher wattage ..

Free? sorry no... but as an option if you already have a stereo system with digital outputs that are compatible with your PC, then that will definately increase your volume... especially if you have invested in an ATI All-In-Wonder graphics card... with that you can hook up any auxiliary component~~~

no, but you can bye really nice computer speakers at one of those walmart-like stores for pretty cheap. Sub-woofers and all for like 40 bucks
