I was thinking about buying one soon, but I wasn't for sure if the graphics were any better/worse with the 3 different versions.

No, the graphics will be identical. The only differences among the PS3's are: size of Hard Drive, B/C (Backwards Compatibility), #USB ports, included wifi, chrome strip (not on 20gb) but nothing that impacts the quality of the graphics is different among the PS3's

Nope, the different versions online offer a larger HD I believe

there no difference as far as graphics on the different console. The difference among the console are the capability of playing ps1 and 2 games and the memory space.

no graphics are the same just more or less memory on the hard drive (30 gb, 60 gb , 80 gb) 80 has the most memory.

That would be silly they alll contain the same RSX graphics unit
